Allen Kezer was raised in Napa County and has been appraising Sonoma County since 1990.  Educated at the University of California, Davis and receiving his Bachelor of Science degree, he spent close to 10 years in the Napa/Sonoma winemaking industry.  In 1990, Mr. Kezer entered the appraisal field.  Moving from Napa to Sonoma County in 1993 with his wife, Pamela and their children, Allen settled in Santa Rosa where he continues his appraisal practice.  Allen spends his spare time as the Scoutmaster of Troop 135 in Santa Rosa and is a supporter of the Santa Rosa Neptunes, and the Montgomery High School Swim & Dive Team where he is the "Un-Official" Team Photographer.

Allen is the current Vice President of the Real Estate Appraiser's Association (REAA) of the North Bay where he has been involved as a board member since it's inception in late 2006.  This organization (REAA) is made of professional appraisers who's mission is to promote professionalism in real estate appraising by providing to the members and the users of our services, education and models of professional practice with participation in appraisal industry and regulatory changes.
